Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a key detailing distinct parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
More materials released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
